Savannah Allegra is a highly dedicated, well-rounded, and profound E-RYT 200 Hour Yoga instructor, whose life changed after she discovered the benefits of Yoga. As an instructor she wants to share this life-changing effect yoga has on the body, breath and mind with each and every person. 

 

Offering the NJ community and national yoga community online yoga sessions, Savannah's goals are help each individual unlock their full potential physically, mentally, and spiritually.
