Led by Savannah & Katelyn Liepins, paint your way to a peaceful mind:
The first hour you will be led through an all-level friendly yoga class to warm up the body and mind, which will end in an explorative guided imagery meditation. We will then translate this meditation into painting where participants an practice self expression through the use of paints.
Attendees will be asked to wear comfortable clothes to practice yoga in, as well as to bring an old t shirt or a smock to cover up with. All other painting supplies will be provided.
Practice outside for a nighttime Full Moon yoga flow, influenced by the full moon. With our space lit up with dozens of magical lights, soothe your energy practicing under the full moon.
Full moon is a time for reflection and release, as harness the full moon’s energy to recognize our intentions of the previous weeks coming to fruition. This class will use a Moon Salutation, known in Sanskrit as “Chandra Namaskara” to replenish energy and cool the body, breath, and mind at a time where we may be feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated or overemotional. This Full Moon Flow will end with a deeply reflective mediation and release of excess heat in the body.
Participants will be asked to bring their own mats and whatever props they feel they may need. This class is welcome to yogis of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Practice outside for a nighttime New Moon yoga flow, influenced by the new moon. With our space lit up with dozens of magical lights, soothe your energy practicing under the full moon.
New Moon is a time for intention setting, and drawing your attention inward. We use the renewing lunar cycle to renew our own thoughts & path.
This calming New Moon flow will move through a series of restorative asanas that allows us to go inward and releasing stagnant energy, making room for the new.
This New Moon Flow will end with a thoughtful meditation allowing time to set goals for the weeks ahead.
Participants will be asked to bring their own mats and whatever props they feel they may need. This class is welcome to yogis of all levels, from beginners to advanced.
