Integral Yoga

This is a comprehensive integral yoga class, involving nada yoga, eye movements, asana practice, deep relaxation, pranayama, all which clear the mind and prepare it for meditation. Use this class to explore yoga beyond asana practice, while also deepening yogic postures, strengthening breath work, and experience meditation.
Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga takes core fundamentals from Integral Yoga, pranayama, asanas, and meditation, and focuses more time on these elements. This class begins with breath work that then flows through asana practice, with time to really develop each pose. This class then ends in meditation, with thorough explanation throughout.
Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa translates to "Flow" meaning that this class offers a faster paced and more dynamic yoga practice. Asanas are heavily supported by the breathe, as it carries one from each asana into the next. Use this class to challenge your pace and learn different flow sequences.
Yin Yoga

While other styles of yoga focus more on strengthening the body, Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body. These include the fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones, increasing flexibility in the body. Yin Yoga holds asanas for longer periods of time, and with its more meditative flow, one is able to bring their awareness within easier to focus on the mind, body, and breath. Use this class to stretch and lengthen rarely-used tissues in the body to neutralize discomfort in asanas.
Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga is a type of yoga which uses silks, also known as hammocks, to allow students the capability to access all yoga poses. Aerial yoga is beneficial for those who spend a long time sitting, or who would like some assistance with their backbends, as it has a decompressing effect on the body. You don't need to be an acrobat to learn and love aerial, just an openness to flying freely through yoga poses.
Meditation & Yoga Nidra

Meditation and Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, have a profoundly relaxing effect on the body and restorative effect on the mind. Use this class to enjoy time spent with a guided deep relaxation and mediation, through the use of breathe, chanting or sound integration.
